Q. How do I make a claim?
A. Either phone our delegated claims office on 01592 204030, or your local Dealer where you will be talked through the process.
Q. I was involved in an accident and have received a letter from the Third Party?
A. Send this correspondence unanswered to our claims office : First Senior, 53 High Street, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1LL.
Q. How will the cost of damage to my mobility be paid?
A. We will deal with all of this directly with your Dealer or if you wish to settle the bill direct, we will reimburse you.
Q. Will I get a courtesy scooter whilst mine Is being repaired?
A. Where the dealer has a machine available then yes, you have cover for £15 per day excluding the first 5 days.

Q. Do I need Insurance by Law?
A. You do not as your machine is not subject to the Road Traffic Act. However, it is highly recommended to cover you against any loss or liability.
Q. How does the Warranty cover work?
A. Our Mechanical / Electrical breakdown cover starts once the Manufacturers warranty expires. On non new machines, the cover is Effective 45 days after the inception date of the policy.
Q. Should I take the Roadside Recovery?
A. We would recommend this for your personal piece of mind.
Q. Am I covered if I take my scooter abroad on holiday?
A. Yes for up to 45 days in any Policy year. You do not have to advise us in advance.
