Last week, the First Senior team had the pleasure of exhibiting at Naidex Roadshow South at Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre.
Naidex brings together people with disabilities, carers, healthcare professionals and businesses from across the mobility and independent living sectors. The event provided a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, catch up with familiar faces and see some of the latest products and ideas from across the industry.
A busy day at stand N-C22
We would like to thank everyone who took the time to visit us on stand N-C22.
Throughout the day, our team spoke with mobility retailers, manufacturers, industry professionals and members of the public about the specialist services available from First Senior.
As a specialist insurance and finance provider trading solely within the mobility industry, we understand that every business, product and customer is different. Events such as Naidex allow us to have valuable face-to-face conversations and learn more about the challenges and opportunities experienced by those working in and relying on the mobility sector.
It was great to discuss our products, including our specialist insurance for mobility scooters, powerchairs, manual wheelchairs and power-assist devices, as well as extended warranties and 24/7 roadside recovery.
Our point-of-sale finance options also attracted interest from mobility businesses looking for additional ways to help customers spread the cost of essential equipment. We can provide finance for a wide range of mobility and homecare products, including mobility scooters, powerchairs, wheelchairs, stairlifts, adjustable beds and rise and recline chairs, with 0% finance options also available.
We were also pleased to speak with visitors about travel insurance, including cover options for older travellers and people with pre-existing medical conditions.
Bringing the mobility community together
One of the highlights of Naidex was seeing such a wide variety of mobility products and services brought together under one roof.
From mobility scooters and powerchairs to innovative equipment designed to support greater independence, the exhibition demonstrated the continued development of the mobility industry and the important work being done to improve people’s everyday lives.
For our team, it was a valuable opportunity to spend time with existing partners, build new relationships and hear directly from businesses and customers about what they need from their insurance and finance providers.
Of course, no First Senior exhibition stand would be complete without a few treats. Our branded biscuits proved popular with all visitors and helped keep everyone going during a busy day!
